Doug Hall
Doug Hall was director at Warrnambool Art Gallery, then from 1980 to 1987, at Bendigo Art Gallery. He then moved to Brisbane where he oversaw the transformation of the Queensland Art Gallery and the building of their magnificent Galley of Modern Art, as well as the establishment of the Asia-Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art. He now lives in Melbourne.
His book, Present Tense, is a history of the Anna Schwartz Gallery in Flinders Lane, Melbourne.
