On Sunday 12 August, closing our 2018 Bendigo Writers Festival pass program in the Capital Theatre, Judith Brett presented the Regional Centre for Culture 2018 Festival Lecture, on her book, The Enigmatic Mr Deakin, winner of the National Biography Award.
