ILF Book Swap - can you help?

We're looking forward to organising a Giant Book Swap in support of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, at our free Share Fair event in Trades Hall on Sunday 12 August.

If you would like to help this excellent cause, you can donate books for the Book Swap from Monday 9 July until Friday 3 August.

The idea is, that, on the day people bring a book or two, and swap with something on the table that takes their fancy; a gold-coin donation for each book swapped goes straight to the ILF, and in the final hour, you can also simply buy a book from the Swap table for a gold-coin.

You can find out more about the work done by the Indigenous Literacy Foundation here.

Share Fair runs from 11am-2pm, and will also host a mini-program of talks presented by the Small Press Network, and there'll be opportunities to "Consult and Expert" to get that writing project up and running.

If you'd like to help: you can leave donated books at the Capital box office, 9am-5pm weekdays.
