They say travel broadens the mind, and it sure does seem to be the case for Nobel Prize winning scientist Peter Doherty. For more than 30 years, he has kept a journal of all the places he has visited as part of his ridiculously busy schedule. From the obvious favourites to obscure destinations, travel has been a way for him to ask, what’s the sense of things?
