Cupboards at her iconic Lake House are full of many personal awards for Contribution to the Industry, Legend and ‘Best Of’ accolades. Similarly, Lake House and more currently Dairy Flat Farm have now been the recipients of just about every National Award and a few Global ones as well. Most Recent of these have been Best Hotel Restaurant and Best Luxury Travel Experience from international Luxury Travel magazine. Alla would say simply that “it takes a village” meaning that there are many passionate people behind the LH success story. How to develop and drive that sense of common purpose and passion is a story of itself. And one that Alla is asked to share more and more often. She continues to mentor young trail blazers and to contribute to the industry she loves’, through her participation in various boards and participation on panels.
