Helly Raichura
Helly Raichura is Chef and owner of the much celebrated, Indian fine diner in Melbourne, Enter Via Laundry. Helly started her journey by hosting dinners at home for small groups introducing Melbourne to regional Indian cuisine. Helly is a pioneer when it comes to lifting the profile of Indian cuisine in Australia. Her new restaurant in Carlton opened in 2022, and was awarded a hat on the first year of opening by The Age Good Food Guide. She was nominated as the Best New Talent by Gourmet Traveler and was named Best New Restaurant in 2022 by Time Out and ranked no. 8 in Australia by The Herald Sun. Helly is also an Author of cookbook The Food of Bharat which takes readers on the food evolution journey of Indian cuisine.
